Challenge :: TimeVision had been in business for 10 years. The company was very successful

selling software to human resource professionals. Their solution, however, could also benefit a

wide range of other executives and departments throughout an organization. For the company

to get to the next level, they needed a message and corporate identify that would enable them

to sell more effectively outside the HR arena.

Solution :: OnMessage completed a comprehensive messaging framework engagement for

Aquire. We interviewed customers, partners, employees and prospects; completed a

comprehensive competitive analysis; and conducted a market segmentation project to identify

the prospects most likely to purchase Aquire solutions.

Results :: In just 120 days we developed entirely new messaging, positioning and corporate

branding that was in-line with the company’s long-term strategic goals. The response from the

market (customers, prospects and partners) has been extremely positive and the company is on

track to have a record year. Today, OnMessage serves as Aquire’s full-service marketing

communications partner developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the company

on a monthly basis.
